  • 7.45 AM: Morning Exercise/Yoga
  • 8:30 AM: Breakfast
  • 9:30 AM: Music & working on the camp play which will be performed on the last day (Full group)
  • 10:30 AM: Small group choices – among varying activities – such as dance, pottery, art, cooking, sign language, sports
  • 11:30 AM: Same as above – small groups choose a second activity
  • 12:30 PM: Lunch
  • 1:15 PM: Rest or Quiet Individual Activity
  • 2:00 PM: Afternoon Program – usually a full group activity, such as exploring Whidbey Island, or swimming at different beaches, touring the towns and parks, finding the festivals and musical concerts, visiting Whidbey artists. A small group may choose bike riding, or a sports game.
  • 6:00 PM: Dinner – with stories of the day’s adventures, the showing of art work, the performance of a skit, song, or other new accomplishment
  • 7:00 PM: Evening program – could be a Studio Night – individual or small group performances of a work in progress; or practice for the camp play; or a movie, or an evening beach combing for art and pottery projects, or a sports game
  • 9:00 PM: Retiring. Some may choose a quiet individual activity until 10:00 pm.

Likely alterations to the schedule would include

  • Invitations to attend Tai Chi classes at The Whidbey Institute
  • Sunday mornings at the Unitarian Church where our own Paola may play the piano
  • A day long excursion to Deception Pass Park with swimming and picnic, or other extraordinary Whidbey venue
  • Visits from friends who willingly share their talents with us
